EAST

The rooms at the newly built "EAST" are top modern, equipped with designer furniture. Each room has a balcony. 

WEST

In Headquarters "WEST",  the rooms are traditionally remained equipped with international facilities. Spacious and with beautiful views to the Ötztal Alps and the ski slopes.

By the way the first hotel on a height of 2.000 metres above sea level, that focuses on 100% renewable energy.

You can access the Festkogel cable car in the skiing area Obergurgl-Hochgurgl directly from the hotel without even leaving the building!A convenient passageway leads you to the roomy ski depot, the hotel´s own ski rental place and sports shop, and then directly to the cable car.

Location and Travel

Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is Austria´s highest lying parish village and guarantees snow from November to the beginning of May. Nearly all of the 110 kilometres of ski runs, that lie on a height between1.800 and 3.080 m above sea level, end directly at the hotel´s doorstep., 90 km thereof are equipped with snow-making systems, 12 km high altitude cross country tracks, 12 km winter hiking trails, weekly nighttime skiing with a ski - demo by the ski school Obergurgl and fireworks, après ski bars, mountain huts offering good gastronomical variety and a fantastic view, like for example the Hohe Mut restaurant.

The hotel can be reached on a well constructed road leading through the Ötztal – valley. Obergurgl is located at the top of the valley. You can access the Festkogel cable car in the skiing area Obergurgl-Hochgurgl directly from the hotel without even leaving the building!
