Executive Chef Alexander Marent, who is responsible for all of the restaurants, has devoted himself, along with his international team, to perfecting his art of cooking and keeps a cool head even if things get "heated". His art strives for the perfect harmony of taste and aesthetics. Quality, creativity, freshness, regional produce, and a tremendously fine feeling are the distinguishing features of the Jungbrunn Kulinarium. Traditional delicacies with a touch of a Mediterranean influence and flair, but also interpretations of modern crossover styles are celebrated here.

Delightful experiences with the Junbrunn kitchen team: Every evening the guests enjoy an exceeding menu, but sometimes they will have a special evening. Once in a week there is a Gala-Dinner with culinary delicacies. Or the evening with dessert buffet, when the Patisserie show all its ability. Also the buffet with international specialities is a highlight.

Christian Marent is the chef of this gourmet restaurant. Young and wild and the exact opposite of his brother Alexander. He is a Nordic type of guy, calm and relaxed, a perfect match for lifestyle cooking in its purest form.

Crazy taste creations, cool arrangements with clear lines, and no frills. Here, the term “dining” is largely redefined. Experience a symbiosis of regional and seasonal delicacies along with international specialties. High-tech-cooking with a unique style and fine, exquisite food – fusing that leads to culinary fireworks. Tyrolean Inn „Was Guat’s vom Berg“

The Tyrolean inn, which was built in the style of the past, with a mixture of wood, cosy candlelight, and crackling fire offers culinary highlights. Whether you prefer typical Tyrolean meals, top-class cosmopolitan cooking, or fusion cuisine in an environment spanning several centuries – enjoy the moment.

The love of Tyrolean food, the freshness of the produce of the region, and the special attention that was paid to an authentic atmosphere and architecture is what distinguishes the Tyrolean Inn "Was Guat's vom Berg", which was awarded a prize by the association “Tiroler Wirtshaus Kultur”. The desserts and cakes made by chef Ingrid Payr are sheer poetry and her Kaiserschmarrn truly is a MUST!

Tip: Enjoy a special kind of dinner experience at a traditional country house - a sociable highlight for every occasion: hearty starters and fantastic desserts served in preserving jars on a revolving round wooden plate. The main courses are prepared fresh in a brick-built exhibition oven.

The heart of the wine offer is the vinothèque “Wein x 1”. Experience the fusion of joy & knowledge of wines in a fantastic environment. The Jungbrunn has some delicious treasures in its large wine cellar. They put an emphasis on the local wine scene, which is joined harmonically by many international specialties.

They have 250 different wines from all over the world, along with some rare wines that are in store for particularly sophisticated connoisseurs.
