The 5 chalets can accommodate up to 10 people and are located in a unique position between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel. With its altitude of 1225 meters the guests have an unique panoramic view of the Brixen Valley and the ‘Wilder Kaiser’. The guests have no long journey to the snowy paradise as they just have to step out of the door. The chalets are characterized by its warm wood and stone construction and are built in a modern alpine style. Also the sustainability is ensured. Besides its own water source that supplies the chalets, it is heated with pellet and solar heating.

Each chalet has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen over 3 floors. It is easy to relax in the living room in front of the fireplace, sitting in the leather couch group and guests can enjoy the view through the panoramic windows. The dining room with large oak table invites you to feast. In the fully equipped kitchen, guests will find an ice machine, fresh coffee beans machine by Seaco, a ceramic stove top, a microwave and an oven from Siemens.

Each chalet has still a private oasis of wellness available. Guests will find a Finnish panoramic sauna, rain shower and relaxation area. There is also a Jacuzzi on the large outdoor terrace.

There is a separate ski room with boot warmers. On request, a private ski instructor and ski guide can be booked. In addition, guests will find in the economy: the washing machine, dryer, a vacuum cleaner and an iron.

In the spacious parking garage can keep the guests’ cars easy and free of snow. The cozy mountain hut "Alm" is with its famous sun terrace can be visited by the guests. The restored, in 1932 opened Maierl-Alm is not only a restaurant but also provides it spa facilities, which are accessible easily from the underground of the chalets. Here guests will find a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage rooms

Each chalet provides guests with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom or shower room. With the use of natural materials, wood and wood wall paneling a special atmosphere is created. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and safes in the wardrobes.

Location and Travel

The chalets are located on a plateau between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel. At an altitude of 1.225m, the chalets have a unique starting point for the skiing. The guests are also offered new lifts: the 10-seater gondola and the 8-seater chairlift Ochsalm. The Kitzbühel Alps are known as an international resort. The largest connected ski area in Austria is used for both beginners and professionals to the best skiing and snowboarding. The community is located in the Kitzbühel Alps, Kirchberg and is adjacent to the ski resort of Brixen. In addition to winter activities, visitors can hike and mountain climbing, tobogganing or cross country skiing. Since the Kitzbühel Alps are just behind the German border, the chalets can be reached by car all year long.
