This apartment is part of an exclusive chalet property, laid out over one floor for 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. When finishing the property in 2010, it has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. Being beautifully furnished throughout, the 140m² apartment shows an open plan living and dining area. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area with a dining table that comfortably seats 12.

The apartment has a TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, CD player, MP3 as well as wireless internet (Wi-Fi). To get the possibility to relax after the skiing, the guests have access to the shared Hammam and the gym in the lower floor. On the several balconies and terraces it is possible to joy the view.

In the basement, there is a small laundry room with washer and dryer and there is a shared ski/boot room for the ski equipment.
Furthermore the property offers an external parking for 1 vehicle.

As the apartment is near to the Nesserein lift station, you will just have to walk 3 minutes or drive 2 minutes to Central St. Anton (10 minutes walk).

The well-known Austrian ski resort St. Anton is one of the resorts with the highest annual snowfall in Europe. It is situated in the Arlberg valley near the German and Swiss boarder. With an altitude of 2,800m, the ski area provides over 270km of piste as well as some well patrolled routes off the piste. Nearby there are the resorts of St. Christoph, Lech, Zurs, Stuben and Sonnenkopf.
St. Anton has excellent rail links with direct connections from Salzburg, Friedrichshafen, Innsbruck, Zurich and Munich.

The village of Nesserein offers over 80 restaurants from fine dining and wines to lively bars serving excellent pizzas and cocktails.
