This is a charming and unpretentious beach cottage for 6 persons, with an extraordinary location. Perched on the rocks only meters away from the water, it boasts sweeping views of the ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountain range.

The house features elegant neutral tones and the soft white interior is matched with quality finishes. The balcony wraps around the house, and the sea views are awe-inspiring. The large dining room walks out on to the balcony and has beautiful ocean views. The cottage is equipped with air-conditioning during summer, and during winter, you can curl up in front of the gas fireplace.

The 3 Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a natural, earthy touch and offer generous space. The white linen and subdued hues, together with the wooden floors, creates a simple, beach-style character. All the rooms feature built-in cupboards.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open plan. The whole top floor of the cottage is an entertainer’s delight. The open plan kitchen and lounge, together with a large balcony, BBQ facilities and private garden leading to the ocean, lends itself to languid social get togethers.

RATES

The rate, depending on the season, between 480 € - 1.500 € per night.

• The beach cottage provides secure automated garage parking for two vehicles. Additionally, there is enough space for 2 cars
• Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge
• The centralised reception is open seven days a week, managing accommodation and offering a concierge service for tourist information, airport transfers and tours
• Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests

Location and Travel

The sea-side part of Bakoven, near to Camps Bay, is ‘n tiny suburb boarding a small, secluded beach. The dash of white sand is surrounded on either side by a combination of big boulders and rocks, leaving a narrow bamboo filled strip of ocean to cool off in. Sheltered from the wind and with clear turquoise waters, this haven offers an ideal summer experience to relax and work on your tan. Famous for its breathtaking sunsets, be mesmerized and absorb the last rays of the sun while enjoying a sundowner on the beach or huge boulders.
