A lifestyle hotel that was built 200 years ago, is listed as a historic building and has now been extended to include modern architecture. So that you get to feel good and truly relax, the Hotel has also attached the greatest importance to exclusive furnishing in planning the rooms. Thus for example they are decorated with Swiss stone pine: for centuries people have attributed to this wood the power to provide better quality of sleep and relaxation and also reduced sensitivity to the weather.

This truly unique lifestyle hotel is situated picturesquely at the foot of the Zugspitze with all rooms and suites facing this splendid panorama. During its 200 year existence this hotel has earned a renomeé that is known far beyond the area of Leermoos. After extensive renovations in 2006 it now combines the traditional flair of an established alpine grand hotel with the luxuries of a new luxury skiing resort.

A look back over the history of what was formerly the "Hotel Drei Mohren” is provided in the Mohren Museum in the adjacent renovated manor, including the 250-year-old “Nepomuk chapel”. Relicts from the hotel’s history make the manor into a truly special gem that can also be rented for special occasions and offers space for up to 20 guests.

In keeping with the feel-good ambience of the hotel, the garden facilities were also planned with much love devoted to detail and also with a particular character. As soon as the first rays of sunshine penetrate the morning mist, the gardens bloom in all their splendour. A garden offering a rich array of diversity and with a panoramic view across to neighbouring Ehrwald and onto the Zugspitze massif: this is a part of Lermoos viewed from its loveliest aspect. Wellness in free nature – enjoy the outdoor pool facility and islands of tranquility. In the evening you have the opportunity to enjoy the romantic dusk from the large terrace or by taking a short walk through the gardens.

Location and Travel
