The building has always housed a hotel, most lately the Palatium. But it has never been more beautiful than now, after its last, extensive facelift. Its greatest trump, however, has remained the same: the sensational 180-degrees view of the entire coast.

Inside, the aristocratically Mediterranean palace was thoroughly freed from the dust of previous centuries and lovingly furnished. A perfect mixture of playful details and classic modernity ensued. The rooms are now spacious and bright – each with an individual interior. Chairs and sofas are either covered in sunny pastels, in white or maritime blue. This same color also beckons outside, beyond the balconies. And if you just can’t stand it anymore, you can simply run to the seashore, down a small flight of stairs dating back to Roman times.

The hotel is situated in the island of Capri, near the Marina Grande, the main harbour. It is reachable from Naples harbour by hydrofoil in about 45 minutes.
