The Grand SPA Resort A-ROSA Kitzbühel is nestled among the Tyrolean Mountains against a magnificent Alpine backdrop. In the style of a Tyrolean castle this country estate is located on the sunny side of the valley, not far from the Wilder Kaiser Mountains. Surrounded by one of the most traditional Austrian golf clubs the spacious resort offers lots of space for savouring and a view onto one of the most famous skislope: the Streif.

The resort has 115 rooms and 36 suites. The rooms and suites are shaped by modern design and offer highest comfort at the same time. Depending on the category the rooms include loggia, balcony, bay or dormer window, each with view of the Tyrolean Alps.

Kids’ and youth club ROSINIS for children between 3 and 12 with creative games, excursions into the countryside, pool, visits to zoos or adventure parks, arts and crafts, storytelling and lots more. For children under the age of 3, a babysitter can be arranged if booked in advance.

Location and Travel

Kitzbühel is one of the principal winter sports centres in Austria, situated at the foot of the Hahnenkamm (1,712 metres) and the Kitzbüheler Horn (1,996 metres). The resort is located on the sunny side of Kitzbühel with view onto the Alpine panorama with Hahnenkamm and Streif. In addition, Kitzbühel’s exclusive boutiques and vibrant nightlife attract plenty of people all year round.
