This unique Finca offers 12 individually furnished rooms with the latest comforts with the charm of past times. Every room is unique, finished with a blend of traditional Majorcan architecture and decorative elements from Morocco.

The 'Serra de Tramuntana' which gently surrounds Ca's Xorc has offically become part of the UNESCO World Heritage since end of June 2011. The Cultural Landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana located on a sheer-sided mountain range parallel to the north-western coast of the island of Mallorca. Millennia of agriculture in an environment with scarce resources has transformed the terrain and displays an articulated network of devices for the management of water revolving around farming units of feudal origins. The landscape is marked by agricultural terraces and inter-connected water works - including water mills - as well as dry stone constructions and farms.

Location and Travel

The west coast with its Tramuntana mountain range is one of the most impressive regions. The scenery and culture here are more diverse than elsewhere on the island. The mountains and hills, criss-crossed with stone walls and olive trees, invite to discover Nature at its best. On the coast the sheer cliffs are interrupted by small coves and beaches providing many unique spots for swimming.

Sóller’s orange groves, its art-nouveau buildings, its tree-bordered main plaza, the 100 year-old tram and the numerous folk fiestas offer many possibilities for experiencing the culture and getting to know the people of this small mountain town. From the harbour of Port de Sóller you can explore numerous tourist attractions by boat.

The airport Palma de Mallorca is about 30km from the Hotel.
