The Auersperg was erected around 1900 and has been modernised with a love for detail. 55 tastefully renovated rooms impeccably designed in a mix of styles from modern to classic to impart that special feeling. The house is now under family ownership for three generations.

The villa next door enchants guests with its old worldlycharm. The private city domicile was built in 1892 and has been continuously and lovingly renovated. This exceptional and protected building has 23 individually and tastefully furnished rooms on three floors.

Location and Travel

The hotel is located at the end of the pedestrian zone Linzergasse, the old city with all its most important sights can be reached easily by foot.

The airport of Salzburg is approximately 5 kilometres away from the hotel; a drive by taxi takes 10-15 minutes.

Breakfast

The morning begins with a generous breakfast buffet made exclusively with freshly prepared products from the Salzburg region as well as a wide range of coffees and teas. Those wishing to lie in after 11:00 can enjoy a small Italian breakfast of croissant and cappuccino.

Garden Terrace

During fine weather, the garden terrace with ist view onto the romantic hotel garden is open from 7:00 to 22:00: from breakfast, through to afternoon coffee right up until the evening cocktail. 

Bar

The A*Bar is open daily from 7-24 and offers beside a wide range of drinks homemade cakes, sandwiches as well as a daily menu varying according to the season.

The hotel Auersperg has a seminar room, which is available for conferences, business meetings and events and offers space for up to 10 persons. It is equipped with all modern conveniences like beamer, overhead projector, flipchart and WIFI, the use is free of charge.

Rooftop Spa

With its view over the rooftops of the city , on the  2nd floor you will find peace and relaxation during your stay in Salzburg: Sauna, steam room, sun-bathing terrace with recliners, tea bar, accompanied by soothing music.

Villa Double Room: Comfortable double room in the Villa Auersperg – this rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the historic city domicile, next to the hotel. Modern furnished with app. 20 sqm, cosy double bed with 180 cm and modern bath rooms (in Rauriser marble).
