Health-stimulating pine wood, cosy sheep's wool and natural shale characterise and design the atmosphere in the Arosea living spaces, and support  wellbeing and relaxation in a healthy way.

The protection of nature and its lasting use is a important topic in the AROSEA Life Balance Hotel. That’s why the biomass district heating plant of the Ultimo Valley is used for the energy supply.

The Arosea offers high-quality water in the Hotel. You can find revitalised Grander water everywhere in the hotel, even in the shower. This special water is enriched with oxygen.

The process of water revitalisation is the transformation of natural information of the highest order, nothing is added to water nor is anything taken from it.

Location and Travel

The AROSEA is located at awonderful lake amidst the idyllic and wild romantic Ultimo Valley - only 30 minutes from the Spa town of Merano.The Arosea Life Balance Hotel is located directly on the right side of the artificial lake in Pracupola.

by car  travelling from North to South:

• via the Brennero motorway to the Bolzano South (Bozen - Süd) exit
• from Bolzano - South (Bozen - Süd) along the MeBo dual carriage way to the Lana exit
• from Lana at the roundabout of the state road SP9 follow the signs for Val d'Ultimo to Pracupola

coming from the west (Switzerland, Vorarlberg, Resia Pass)

• via the Resia Pass along the Venosta state road to Algundo near Merano
• from Algundo along the MeBo dual carriage way to the Lana exit
• from Lana at the roundabout of the state road SP9 follow the signs for Val d'Ultimo to Pracupola
